It is this commitment and documentation to quality that has earned us ISO 9001:2008 certification and the reason why any of our out-souring partners are also ISO certified. Its also the reason why we can boast about a less than 0.05% customer return rate on printed circuit boards.
Our quality plan is the foundation for a business system that ensures quality throughout the process from order entry to order fulfillment. We consistently exceed IPC benchmark surveys for customer satisfaction in return rates and on-time delivery, earning us the reputation as the low cost leader.
- All requests are evaluated to conform to the most recent level IPC 600 Standards or customer-supplied quality specifications.
- Design integrity is assured with the use of data-based Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) and Electrical Test equipment.
- High yields and lower costs are achieved through Design For Manufacturing
- (DFM) reviews conducted for all new part numbers including prototypes.
- Process consistency and excellence are maintained through the management system which is ISO 9001:2008 registered.
- Special quality reports including micro-section, solderability test, SEM and EDAX or Ionic test data may be supplied upon customer request.
